Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Job Requirements:

• Education: Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Photography, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional photo editing experience.

• Technical Skills: Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other photo editing tools.

• Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating a wide range of photo editing services.

• Strong attention to detail and creativity.

• Excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

• Understanding of color theory, composition, and lighting.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and enhance images across various services, including:

  • Real Estate Photo Editing (e.g., image enhancement, sky replacement, HDR blending)

  • Portrait Retouching (e.g., blemish removal, skin tone adjustment)

  • Product Photo Retouching (e.g., background removal, shadow creation, color correction)

  • Wedding Photo Retouching (e.g., lighting adjustment, soft focus effects)

  • Virtual Staging (e.g., adding digital furniture and decor to real estate photos)

  • 360-Degree Panorama Stitching (e.g., creating seamless panoramas for virtual tours)

  • High-End Retouching for luxury products and editorial images

• Apply advanced editing techniques such as masking, photo manipulation, and clipping paths.

• Restore and repair old or damaged photos using advanced tools.

• Collaborate with photographers, designers, and clients to ensure the images align with project requirements.

• Implement advanced retouching techniques, including skin touch-ups, object removal, and image compositing.

• Manage and organize large volumes of images, maintaining proper file naming and archiving systems.

• Stay current with the latest photo editing tools, software, and techniques.

• Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience editing for industries such as real estate, e-commerce, or weddings.

• Familiarity with virtual staging software and 3D rendering tools.

• Knowledge of video editing software is a plus.

• Experience in stock photo retouching or photo restoration is a bonus.
