Ballads of Love is a wedding photography brand focused on storytelling-driven visuals, emotional depth, and refined colour aesthetics. We believe post-production is not just editing, it is where the story truly comes alive.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Photo Editor & Retoucher who understands that colour is emotion and consistency is everything.

The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom (preferred but not mandatory) and a strong eye for detail, skin tones, and storytelling aesthetics.

Freshers with a strong passion and portfolio are welcome to apply as interns.

Key Responsibilities

Culling and organising wedding photographs

Colour correction and advanced colour grading

Natural and professional skin retouching

Maintaining tone and consistency across full wedding projects

Matching editing style with brand guidelines

Meeting project timelines efficiently

Collaborating with photographers and creative team

What We Are Looking For

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom

Understanding of colour theory and skin tones

Strong attention to detail

Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas

Discipline and accountability

Willingness to learn and grow

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

Experience in wedding editing workflow

Understanding of colour science and LUT creation

Knowledge of AI-based retouching tools

Basic album designing skills

Internship Opportunity
