2D Graphic Designer (Print & Digital Media)
Role Overview
The 2D Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs across print and digital platforms, including event branding, social media content, marketing collaterals, and corporate identity elements. The role requires a strong grasp of design principles, brand aesthetics, and modern creative trends.
Role Requirements
1. Strong Expertise in Digital & Print Media Designing
Ability to design for multiple formats such as brochures, event signage, standees, backdrops, invites, corporate presentations, and marketing materials.
Understanding of print specifications—bleed, resolution, color profiles, print file setup, and vendor communication.
2. Experience in Branding & Event Design
Skilled in logo design, identity creation, theme development, and brand language creation.
Ability to design event themes, visual identities, stage backdrops, and full event branding packages.
3. Social Media Design & Digital Content Creation
Create high-quality static posts, banners, ads, cover images, thumbnails, and infographic-style visuals.
Adapt designs for multiple aspect ratios and digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and websites.
4. Software Proficiency
Strong command over industry-standard design tools:
Adobe Photoshop – Retouching, compositing, social media creatives
Adobe Illustrator – Logos, vectors, icons, illustrations
Adobe InDesign – Layouts, brochures, print collaterals
Knowledge of additional tools (Canva, Figma, etc.) is an added advantage.
5. Understanding of Brand Guidelines & Modern Design Trends
Ability to follow and develop brand guidelines.
Strong understanding of typography, grid systems, color theory, and layout design.
Awareness of global design styles, minimalism, bold aesthetics, and trends in digital branding.
Ability to maintain design consistency across all platforms.
