Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for digital and print platforms while maintaining consistent brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create designs for social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.

• Develop creative concepts and visual layouts based on project requirements.

• Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.

• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and other teams to understand design requirements.

• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets.

• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

• Stay updated with current design trends and industry best practices.

• Review final designs for accuracy, quality, and consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

• 4 TO 6 years of relevant graphic design experience.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or equivalent design tools.

• Knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.

• Good communication and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design work.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Figma, Canva, or other modern design tools.

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics/video editing is an advantage.

• Experience designing for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
