We are looking for a Graphic Designer who Creates visually compelling digital assets that enhance the online shopping experience and drive sales. They ensure brand consistency across all platforms and work with marketing teams to produce high-converting visuals.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Design Digital Assets: Create graphics for the e-commerce platform, including website banners, product images, promotional materials, email campaigns, and social media content. 

• Optimize Product Presentation: Edit and retouch product photos to ensure high quality and visual appeal on the website. 

• Maintain Brand Identity: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all digital and print channels. 

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, and web development teams to develop and execute creative concepts and implement designs smoothly. 

• Enhance User Experience (UX): Design intuitive and visually appealing website layouts and interfaces that improve customer engagement and conversion rates. 

• Manage Multiple Projects: Handle several design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest design trends, e-commerce best practices, and new design software/technologies.  

Required Skills and Qualifications 

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred. 

• Experience: Proven graphic design experience, preferably within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment, demonstrated through a strong portfolio. 

• Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with e-commerce platforms. 

• Design Skills: Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layout design principles. 

• Soft Skills: 

• Excellent attention to detail. 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. 

• Strong time management and organizational skills.
