In Spencer Building, 6A2, 6th Floor, Newtown Square, Road, Atghara, Newtown, Kolkata, West Bengal 700136

💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

🕐 Timing: 9 hours per day | Monday to Saturday (Saturday Half Day)

🕐 Job Type: Full-time (In-house job)

✅ 15-days paid training program will be provided.
Trainees will receive a stipend of ₹200 per day during the training period.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Half day on Saturday)

📌 Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer who can design visually appealing creatives for digital marketing campaigns, social media, branding, and advertisements.
The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, creativity, and the ability to convert ideas into impactful visual content.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

• Design social media posts, banners, creatives, ads, and marketing materials.

• Create visual content for digital campaigns, websites, and branding projects.

• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.

• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.

• Edit and revise designs based on feedback from clients or internal teams.

• Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.

• Strong creativity, visual sense, and attention to detail.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing creatives is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any stream preferred).

• Freshers and experienced candidates with a strong portfolio are welcome.
