Job Summary:

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead design projects from concept to execution, ensuring creativity, brand consistency, and high-quality output. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior designers, and working on diverse projects such as branding, marketing campaigns, web design, UI/UX elements, and digital content

Key Responsibilities:

Ø  Develop and execute creative concepts, graphics, and layouts aligned with company goals and brand identity.

Ø  Design marketing materials including brochures, social media creatives, website graphics, presentations, and advertisements.

Ø  Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver cohesive and innovative visual solutions.

Ø  Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.

Ø  Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to the creative team.

Ø  Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Ø  Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Ø  Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

Ø  Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Ø  2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a senior or lead role.

Ø  Proficiency in:

·         Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)

·         CorelDRAW

·         Canva

·         Figma / UI design tools

Ø  Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, and creative design work.

Ø  Knowledge of UI/UX principles and web/mobile design is a plus.

Ø  Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ø  Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire creativity in a team.

Ø  Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
