Design marketing collaterals for real estate projects (brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, etc.)
Create digital creatives for social media, websites, and online campaigns
Develop layouts for advertisements, presentations, and property listings
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project themes
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for design requirements
Make revisions based on feedback and meet deadlines
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (real estate preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong understanding of color, typography, and layouts
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under timelines
Experience in real estate or property marketing creatives
Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends
