Let's Enterprise runs The Working BBA - a three-year degree where students run real projects for real companies and leave with a portfolio instead of a transcript. We are five people in Pune. Parents are deciding whether to hand us their child's next three years. Almost everything they see before they call us, you will have made.
What you would own:
Social-first video. Shoot, cut, caption, publish. Reels, shorts, campus films, founder pieces.
Design across verticals - social, print, decks, campus collateral, landing pages, event branding.
AI as a daily tool, not a party trick. Image generation, cleanup, variation, speed.
Being on camera when the story needs a face. You do not need to be polished. You need to be willing.
What we want: 2-3 years doing this work yourself. Strong English, written and spoken. Fluent in Canva, comfortable with AI image tools, confident editing video for social. Experience in education, services or any business where trust is what gets sold. Based in Pune.
Pay: Rs 3,60,000 - Rs 4,80,000 a year, depending on your range and how much you can run without supervision. Pune, on-site, full-time. Monday to Friday full days, Saturday half day. Own laptop needed. Start within a month.
