About the Role:
SparrowBytes FinTech Solutions is seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of professional experience, strong expertise in design tools, and proven video editing skills. You will be responsible for delivering engaging designs and multimedia content that support our branding, marketing, and project goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for web, print, and digital platforms.

• Create and edit videos for promotional campaigns, product demos, and social media content.

• Develop social media creatives, including posts, stories, reels, and ads.

• Build and maintain brand assets including logos, infographics, and visual templates.

• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to bring creative concepts to life.

• Ensure design consistency across all channels and campaigns.

• Stay updated with the latest design, social media, and multimedia trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).

• 2–3 years of proven work experience as a Graphic Designer.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva is mandatory.

• Video editing experience is mandatory (Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects or similar tools).

• Experience in creating social media creatives is a strong plus.

• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work on tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles will be an added advantage.
