About the Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team. If you have a good eye for design, enjoy creating engaging visuals, and are proficient in Figma, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, and marketing creatives.

• Create static creatives as well as Reels/short-video edits for social media.

• Create website and landing page designs using Figma.

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging visual content.

• Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.

• Deliver high-quality designs quickly and consistently meet deadlines.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.

• Basic working knowledge of Figma.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Basic working knowledge of static creative design and Reels/video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).

• Good understanding of typography, layouts, and color combinations.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.

• A strong portfolio with relevant project links is mandatory.

Candidate Profile

• Must be serious about work commitments, highly productive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Should be able to handle pressure, meet tight deadlines, and deliver quickly without compromising quality.

• Must be based in or near Ballygunge, Kolkata, or willing to relocate, and comfortable commuting to this location daily.

• Immediate joiners will be strongly preferred.
