Location: Raguvanahalli, Kanakapura Road, Bengaluru
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Salary: ₹3 – 3.5 LPA

🔎 Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in the printing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing print-ready artwork and a solid understanding of pre-press, color management, and printing techniques.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

·        Design high-quality artwork for brochures, business cards, packaging, labels, banners, signage, and other print materials

·        Prepare files for offset, digital, large-format, and screen printing

·        Ensure print-ready files with proper bleed, crop marks, CMYK/spot colors

·        Coordinate with clients, sales, and production teams to understand requirements

·        Proof and revise designs before final printing

·        Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently

·        Maintain organized design archives and job records

·        Stay updated with printing trends, materials, and tools

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

·        1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (Printing Industry preferred)

·        Mandatory: CorelDraw & Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat)

·        Strong knowledge of print production and file preparation

·        Understanding of color management & Pantone Matching System (PMS)

·        Excellent layout, detailing, and time-management skills

·        Ability to take feedback and implement revisions efficiently

·        Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
