Result Hive is looking for a creative and skilled Graphics Designer & Video Editor who can create eye-catching social media designs and engaging short-form videos for our clients and internal brands. If you are passionate about design, reels, motion graphics, and AI-powered creative tools, we’d love to work with you.
Job Role
Graphics Designer & Video Editor (Social Media & Ads)
Responsibilities
Design social media posts, banners, thumbnails, and ad creatives.
Create Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, and sound effects.
Maintain brand consistency for different clients.
Edit and optimize videos for social media platforms.
Work closely with the marketing team to create high-converting creatives.
Manage design files and folders properly in Google Drive.
Required Skills
Graphics Design
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Figma (basic to intermediate)
Good understanding of typography, color, and layout
Video Editing
Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut Pro
Basic Motion Graphics
Reels & Shorts editing
Audio syncing and caption editing
Basic color correction
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
Canva Pro
AI image/video tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Leonardo, Runway, Kling, etc.)
Experience with digital marketing creatives
Portfolio Required
