Job Opening: Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills, a good understanding of visual communication, and hands-on experience in graphic designing, video editing, and social media content management.

Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality and engaging graphics, creatives, banners, brochures, social media posts and marketing materials.

• Design creative content for real estate projects, property listings, campaigns and digital promotions.

• Edit and produce short-form videos, reels and promotional videos for social media and marketing campaigns.

• Manage, schedule and publish content across the company's social media platforms.

• Maintain consistency in the company's visual identity and branding across all digital channels.

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creatives within timelines.

• Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends and content formats.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Required Skills:

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with:

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• Graphic & Creative Designing

• Video Editing

• Social Media Content Creation & Publishing

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.

• Gurgaon resident is mandatory.

• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.

• Good understanding of typography, layouts, colors and visual communication.

• Ability to independently conceptualize and execute creative designs.

• Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Real estate industry experience will be an added advantage.

• Candidates should have a strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing work.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone who is not just a graphic designer, but can take ownership of the complete creative and social media content process — from conceptualizing a design to creating/editing the content and publishing it across social media platforms.
