Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in large-format digital printing. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating print-ready artwork for signage, branding, exhibition displays, vehicle graphics, retail branding, and other large-format applications. The candidate must understand printing specifications, color management, and pre-press processes to ensure high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design artwork for large-format digital printing, including flex banners, vinyl graphics, ACP signage, hoardings, wall graphics, exhibition booths, retail branding, backlit displays, standees, and vehicle wraps.

• Prepare print-ready files with proper dimensions, bleed, margins, crop marks, and resolution.

• Coordinate with the production and printing team to ensure designs are optimized for various printing machines and materials.

• Understand different printing media such as vinyl, flex, canvas, fabric, one-way vision film, backlit film, acrylic, and foam board.

• Perform pre-flight checks to ensure files are production-ready.

• Maintain brand consistency across all printed and digital materials.

• Modify artwork based on production requirements and client feedback.

• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and InDesign.

• Strong knowledge of large-format digital printing, pre-press, and print production workflows.

• Understanding of CMYK/RGB color modes, ICC profiles, color calibration, and print quality standards.

• Knowledge of image resolution, scaling, vector artwork, and file formats such as PDF, AI, EPS, TIFF, and JPG.

• Experience in preparing artwork for UV, eco-solvent, solvent, latex, or dye-sublimation printing.

• Excellent typography, layout, and visual communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a large-format digital printing or signage industry.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating print production and large-format design projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of CNC routing, laser cutting, and signage fabrication artwork preparation.

• Experience with RIP software and print workflow management is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of 3D visualization or mock-up creation.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production timelines.
