The candidate should have strong design skills along with video editing expertise to enhance our brand presence across social media, website, and marketing campaigns. Roles & Responsibilities:  Design creative graphics for social media posts, banners, ads, brochures, and website creatives.  Edit and produce engaging videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.  Create reels, promotional videos, corporate videos, and explainer videos.  Develop motion graphics and basic animations.  Collaborate with the marketing and content team for campaign creatives.  Maintain brand consistency in all designs and videos.  Handle thumbnail creation and video optimization for better engagement.  Manage multiple projects within deadlines. Required Skills:  Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW.  Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final Cut Pro.  Knowledge of Canva and other design tools.  Basic understanding of social media trends and video formats.  Creative thinking with strong visual storytelling ability.  Basic knowledge of SEO-friendly thumbnails and YouTube optimization (preferred). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field (preferred). Preferred Experience:  1–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic designing and video editing.  Experience in creating social media creatives, reels, and promotional videos.  Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or corporate marketing team is preferred.  Experience in handling YouTube channel creatives and video optimization will be an advantage.  Basic understanding of branding, color psychology, and layout design.  Experience in shooting basic videos using mobile/DSLR (preferred but not mandatory).  Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
