We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive to manage our visual branding and digital presence in the real estate segment. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to create engaging content that drives leads and brand visibility.
Design marketing creatives for real estate projects (posters, brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings).
Create social media creatives, reels thumbnails, ads, and story content.
Design layouts for property listings, presentations, emailers, and WhatsApp creatives.
Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
Edit photos and videos related to properties, site visits, and walkthroughs.
Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
Create engaging captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions.
Upload posts, reels, stories, and property videos regularly.
Coordinate with sales/marketing team to promote ongoing and upcoming projects.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and generate leads.
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (optional but preferred).
Proven experience in graphic design and social media management (real estate experience preferred).
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (After Effects / Premiere Pro is a plus).
Good understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and real estate marketing.
Basic knowledge of video editing and reel creation.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills.
Experience in real estate, construction, or luxury brands.
Knowledge of Facebook & Instagram Ads.
Understanding of lead generation and digital marketing.
