Job Description: Graphic Designer (DTP Specialist)

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing, well-structured print and digital materials. You will play a crucial part in ensuring all company publications and marketing assets meet high-quality design standards.

📍 Key Details

• Location: MG Road, Agra (100% Work from Office)

• Work Schedule: 6 days a week

• Required Education: Any Graduate

🛠️ Technical Skill Requirements

Proficiency in the following desktop publishing and design software is mandatory:

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe InDesign

• Adobe Illustrator

• CorelDRAW

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Design & Layout: Create visually appealing brochures, flyers, booklets, and promotional materials using DTP software.

• Typography & Images: Select accurate fonts, spacing, and alignments for high readability. Perform image editing, color correction, and cropping.

• Print Preparation: Setup print-ready files (handling bleeds, color profiles, and dimensions) and coordinate with print vendors regarding paper quality and production.

• Brand Consistency: Create and maintain design templates to ensure all layouts strictly adhere to brand guidelines.

• Digital Adaptation: Convert and optimize print designs for digital use, including social media platforms, websites, and e-books.

• Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, content, and internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and execute feedback.

🎓 What We Are Looking For

• Proven professional experience in Graphic Designing and Desktop Publishing (DTP).

• Strong understanding of page layout, typography, and core design principles.

• Excellent creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail for proofreading.
