The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality visual materials that communicate brand messages effectively across various platforms. The role involves creating engaging graphics for digital, print, and social media to support marketing, branding, and promotional activities.
Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, advertisements, brochures, social media, websites, and other digital or print media.
Develop layouts, graphics, illustrations, and visual concepts that align with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
Ensure design consistency across all brand materials and communication channels.
Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand identity through design.
Create and update brand assets such as logos, icons, color palettes, and typography.
Assist in developing brand style guides and visual standards.
Design visuals for social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, and online ads.
Work with the digital marketing team to create engaging and conversion-driven creatives.
Optimize graphics for different platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Prepare artwork for printing and coordinate with printers or vendors.
Ensure accuracy in file setup, color correction, and final output quality.
Design materials such as posters, flyers, packaging, signage, and event collateral.
Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and marketing staff to produce cohesive content.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies.
Suggest innovative design approaches and techniques to improve brand presentation.
Maintain an organized design archive and project documentation.
Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, etc.)
Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling ability.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of digital marketing and user experience (UX/UI) design is a plus.
