What you'll do

• Generate and edit images using AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, or similar) for campaigns, products and social content

• Design eye-catching thumbnails for YouTube and social media

• Create promotional graphics for product launches, offers, collections and campaigns

• Design Instagram and Facebook posts, carousels and story creatives

• Retouch, composite and enhance product/fashion images to a polished, brand-ready standard

• Maintain consistent visual identity and quality across all platforms

• Work closely with the marketing and content team to bring campaign briefs to life visually
  

What you need

• 1–4 years of experience in graphic design/visual content creation

• Strong portfolio showing both traditional design work and AI-generated/edited images (mandatory)

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva

• Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools and prompt crafting

• Good eye for composition, colour, typography and what makes a thumbnail or post stop the scroll

• Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and handle multiple briefs at once
  

Bonus points
Experience with fashion, apparel, textile or D2C brands; basic video/motion graphics skills; understanding of platform-specific formats (thumbnail sizes, post dimensions, etc.)

We're not looking for someone who just executes instructions. We want someone who brings ideas, experiments with new AI tools and formats, and keeps raising the visual bar for the brand.

Pay: ₹20,000–₹35,000/month, based on experience and portfolio. Exceptional candidates can go higher
