Role Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who understands premium real estate branding and can translate complex investment narratives into compelling visual and video content. The role requires strong design sensibility, storytelling ability, and hands-on execution across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

·       Graphic Design:

• Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, brochures, and brand collateral
• Maintain visual consistency aligned with LSR Realty’s premium advisory positioning
• Support marketing and sales teams with project-specific and campaign-based design requirements
• Translate market insights and project data into clean, investor-friendly visual formats

·       Video Editing:

• Edit short-form and long-form videos including property walkthroughs, reels, and brand content
• Develop motion graphics, text overlays, and transitions suited to premium real estate storytelling
• Optimize video formats for Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and digital ads
• Ensure videos communicate clarity, professionalism, and investment intent

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Video Editor
• Mandatory experience working with a real estate brand or developer
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Strong command over Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent tools)
• Solid understanding of digital-first content and social media formats
• Ability to manage timelines, multiple deliverables, and quality benchmarks
