About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3–4 years of experience who can bring ideas to life across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, Figma, and AI-powered design tools. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with brand identity and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize, design, and execute graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, branding, and print•.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.

Create and edit videos, reels, and motion graphics using Premiere Pro/After Effects•.

Design responsive layouts, mockups, and UI/UX components using Figma•.

Develop brand guidelines and maintain design consistency across all platforms.

Use AI tools• to generate and enhance creative assets while maintaining originality.

Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI innovations, and tools•.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer / Visual Designer•.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Figma, and Canva•.

Hands-on experience with AI design tools• (e.g., Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.).

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding•.

Ability to work on both static and motion graphics•.

Knowledge of file formats, print design requirements, and digital optimization•.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Experience with UI/UX design• and prototyping in Figma.

Knowledge of After Effects• for advanced motion graphics.
