Responsibilities

* Video Production & Editing: Edit and assemble recorded raw material into polished, finished videos that align with project goals and brand guidelines.

* Graphic Design & Layout: Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both digital and print media, ensuring visual appeal and brand consistency.

* Creative Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and content teams to brainstorm and develop innovative creative concepts for various campaigns.

* Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets strictly adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand identity across all platforms.

* Motion Graphics & Animation: Develop engaging motion graphics and simple animations to enhance video content and digital designs.

* Platform Optimization: Optimize videos and graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns, to maximize reach and engagement.

* Project Management: Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

* Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in graphic design and video editing.

* Revisions & Feedback: Proactively incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to projects.

* Asset Management: Maintain organized project files and asset libraries for efficient workflow and easy retrieval.

Requirements

* Proven Experience: Demonstrated professional experience as both a video editor and a graphic designer.

* Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

* Strong Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality video editing and graphic design work.

* Creative & Storytelling Skills: Excellent sense of timing, strong visual awareness, and proven storytelling abilities through visual media.

* Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of various video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.

* Team & Independent Work: Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative member of a team.

* Communication & Organization: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

* Detail-Oriented & Creative: Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong creative problem-solving skills.

* Multitasking: Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

* Motion Graphics (Plus): Experience with motion graphics and animation is a significant plus.

* Sound Editing (Desirable): Basic sound editing skills are desirable.

* Education (Preferred): Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.

Key Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Adobe Creative Suite, UI UX Design.
