About the Role

Lead Height is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The role is open to freshers with strong design fundamentals as well as experienced designers who can deliver impactful visuals for digital marketing campaigns and branding projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media posts, ads, banners, and promotions

• Create visual content for digital marketing campaigns

• Design marketing materials such as flyers, posters, brochures, and presentations

• Work closely with the marketing team to understand design requirements

• Maintain brand consistency across all design assets

• Revise and improve designs based on feedback

• Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic to strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (After Effects/Premiere is a plus)

• Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design

• Creativity with attention to detail

• Ability to take direction and work independently

• Good communication and coordination skills

Salary & Benefits

• For Freshers:

  • Fixed salary of ₹15,000 per month

  • Salary based on experience, portfolio, and current CTC

  • Hike on last drawn salary (performance-based)
