Role Objective

To create premium, technically accurate, and sales-focused visual communication that strengthens KALCO’s brand positioning and supports exhibitions, dealers, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design product catalogues & technical specification sheets
  
  

• Create brochures, company profiles & presentations
  
  

• Design exhibition stall graphics & display panels
  
  

• Develop dealer posters, standees & marketing materials
  
  

• Create social media creatives (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
  
  

• Maintain strict brand consistency across all communication
  
  

• Coordinate with Sales & Production teams for accurate content execution
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong B2B / industrial design sensibility
  
  

• Excellent layout and grid systems knowledge
  
  

• Strong typography skills
  
  

• Print-ready knowledge (CMYK, bleed, finishing, paper types)
  
  

• Ability to convert technical information into clear, visually structured formats
  
  

• Attention to detail and premium aesthetic sense
  
  

Software Proficiency

• Adobe Photoshop
  
  

• Adobe Illustrator
  
  

• Adobe InDesign
  
  

• CorelDRAW
  
  

• Figma

Experience Required

• 2–5 years of relevant experience

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
(Based on skills, experience & portfolio quality)
