Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for the University and Institute's branding, admissions, events, academic activities, social media, and corporate communications. The candidate will be responsible for designing marketing materials that enhance the institution's visibility and student engagement.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  

  Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Design social media posts, reels covers, stories, banners, and advertisements.

  • Create creatives for admissions campaigns, workshops, seminars, webinars, and placement drives.

  • Design emailers, WhatsApp creatives, and digital marketing assets.
  

  University Branding

  • Develop brochures, prospectus, newsletters, annual reports, and institutional presentations.

  • Create standees, hoardings, flex banners, certificates, ID cards, and event branding materials.

  • Ensure consistency in university branding across all communication channels.
  

  Academic & Event Support

  • Design creatives for Convocation, Orientation Programs, Cultural Events, Industry Visits, Guest Lectures, and Placement Activities.

  • Prepare presentation templates for faculty and management.

  • Create graphics for research conferences, academic journals, and institutional publications.
  

  Website & Multimedia

  • Design website banners, landing page graphics, and UI elements.

  • Basic video editing and motion graphics for promotional videos.

  • Manage and maintain design assets and creative archives.
  

  Required Skills

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • Adobe InDesign

  • Canva

  • CorelDRAW (Preferred)

  • Adobe Premiere Pro (Preferred)

  • Adobe After Effects (Preferred)
  

  Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Designing.

  • Experience in Educational Institutions, Universities, or Digital Marketing Agencies will be preferred.
