About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team in Jaipur.

The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging graphics, marketing creatives, social media content, videos, promotional materials, presentations, and other visual assets for the organization.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Cloud/Design Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and video editing tools.

Freshers with a strong portfolio, relevant coursework, internships, or practical experience are encouraged to apply.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

• Create high-quality graphics for digital, print, marketing, social media, websites, and internal communications.

• Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, advertisements, certificates, and other marketing collateral.

• Develop creative concepts and convert ideas/briefs into visually appealing designs.

• Work with CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for various design requirements.

• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication.

• Resize and adapt creatives for different platforms and formats.

• Prepare print-ready artwork and digital assets according to specifications.

• Make design modifications based on feedback and ensure timely delivery.

• Organize and maintain design files, source files, assets, and project folders.

Video Editing & Motion Content

• Edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, promotional activities, websites, presentations, and internal communication.

• Create short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and social media videos.

• Perform video trimming, sequencing, transitions, color correction, audio synchronization, and basic effects.

• Add text, captions, graphics, logos, music, voiceovers, and other visual elements to videos.

• Create engaging video content based on creative briefs and campaign requirements.

• Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms and screen formats.

• Work with Adobe Premiere Pro and other video editing tools.

• Assist in developing basic motion graphics and animated visual content where required.

Required SkillsGraphic Design

• Hands-on experience with CorelDRAW.

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.

• Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.

• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign.

• Good understanding of typography, layouts, colors, composition, and visual hierarchy.

• Ability to create designs for both digital and print media.

Video Editing

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent professional video editing software.

• Understanding of video editing principles, transitions, audio, timing, and storytelling.

• Ability to create engaging short-form video content.

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be an advantage.

General Skills

• Strong creative and visual thinking.

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to understand creative briefs and convert them into designs.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Good time-management and organizational skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.

• Candidates from other educational backgrounds with strong practical skills and a good portfolio may also apply.

Experience

0–2 Years

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with internships, freelance projects, academic projects, or personal portfolios are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates with 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design and/or video editing will be preferred.

Portfolio Requirement

A portfolio is highly preferred.

Candidates should be able to showcase examples of their previous work, including:

• Graphic designs

• Social media creatives

• Branding work

• Marketing materials

• Video edits

• Reels / short-form videos

• Motion graphics or animations, if available

Freshers can submit academic projects, personal projects, freelance work, or internship work as their portfolio.

Candidate Profile

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jaipur, Rajasthan (Jaipur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• CorelDraw: 1 year (Preferred)

• Adobe Premiere: 1 year (Preferred)
