Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at Idlbay Pvt Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for digital and print platforms, supporting our marketing, branding, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create designs for social media posts, banners, ads, brochures, and website creatives

• Develop graphics, illustrations, logos, and layouts as per brand guidelines

• Work closely with the marketing and development teams on campaigns and projects

• Edit and enhance images, posters, and promotional materials

• Ensure timely delivery of design work with good quality standards

• Make revisions based on feedback from the team/management

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (or similar tools)

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design is a plus

• Good sense of color, typography, and layout

• Creativity and attention to detail

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Good communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications:

• Any graduate/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

• A strong portfolio (academic or professional work is acceptable)
