Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual content for our multiple brands and digital marketing platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of graphic design, branding, social media creatives, and digital marketing requirements, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver designs within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

 Create engaging and visually appealing creatives for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and other marketing platforms.

 Design LinkedIn newsletters, articles, documents, promotional, hiring, and festive creatives.

 Create Instagram feed posts, stories, reel covers, and promotional creatives.

 Design website banners, blog banners, article banners, GMB banners, and sale/promotional banners.

 Develop landing page visuals and campaign graphics.

 Design and upload creative content for Pinterest.

 Create promotional videos and creative assets for WhatsApp marketing.

 Develop festive, sale, promotional, and occasion-based campaign creatives.

 Create recruitment and job-opening creatives as required.

 Support product shoots through product edits, shoot creatives, and other marketing assets.

 Maintain brand consistency and design standards across all digital platforms.

 Coordinate with the marketing and other internal teams to understand creative requirements and deliver designs accordingly.

 Manage multiple creative requirements simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.

 Maintain organized design files and creative assets for future use.

 Prepare a monthly creative activity/performance report as required.

Required Skills:

 Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

 Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design.

 Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.

 Knowledge of Figma and basic video editing will be an added advantage.

 Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and branding.

 Good understanding of social media design formats and digital marketing creatives.

 Strong creative, analytical, and conceptual skills.

 High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the marketing team.

 Candidate should be based in Delhi NCR/Gurugram.
