Job Description – Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
• Visit sites/outlets to understand branding requirements.
• Develop designs and branding assets as per project needs.
• Coordinate with printing and design agencies to ensure timely execution.
• Schedule projects and work within defined budget constraints.
• Conceptualize visuals based on briefs and requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present creative ideas for approval.
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other design elements using relevant software.
• Use appropriate colors, typography, and layouts for each graphic.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, consistent, and on-brand.
• Obtain input from managers to ensure designs meet organizational standards, brand expectations, and accurately represent the company.
• Work independently and collaboratively with the marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Review existing design processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements to enhance design efficiency and capability.
