We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team Hardik Medi Tech to create visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms. The role involves working on branding, social media creatives, websites and brand identity materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development – FMCG
1. Market Research & Analysis
Study market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products
Identify new product opportunities and gaps in the market
Analyze pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies
2. Product Planning & Concept Development
Develop new product ideas based on market demand
Work on product concepts (features, variants, target audience)
Prepare product proposals and feasibility reports
3. Coordination with R&D / Production
Work closely with R&D team for product formulation or design
Coordinate with production team for trial batches
Ensure product quality and consistency
4. Vendor & Raw Material Management
Identify and coordinate with suppliers for raw materials
Ensure quality standards and cost-effectiveness
Negotiate pricing and timelines
5. Packaging Development
Decide packaging type, design, and labeling
Coordinate with design/printing vendors
Ensure compliance with FMCG packaging standards
6. Costing & Pricing
Prepare product costing (raw material, packaging, logistics)
Assist in deciding MRP and margins
Monitor cost optimization
7. Testing & Quality Assurance
Conduct product testing and trials
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Collect feedback and improve product
8. Product Launch & Execution
Plan and support product launch activities
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams
Ensure product availability in market
9. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain product documentation, approvals, and records
Ensure compliance with regulatory norms (FSSAI, labeling laws, etc.)
10. Performance Monitoring
Track product performance and sales
Analyze customer feedback
Suggest improvements or modifications
