Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
Create engaging social media posts, carousels, reels thumbnails, stories, banners, and advertisements.
Design marketing materials including brochures, company profiles, flyers, standees, banners, presentations, and pitch decks.
Develop creative concepts that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
Design high-converting creatives for Meta Ads, Google Display Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Create branding assets including logos, brand guidelines, business cards, letterheads, and corporate stationery.
Design website banners, landing page graphics, icons, and UI elements.
Create visually appealing infographics and data-driven graphics.
Collaborate with the content, SEO, video editing, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
Maintain consistency in typography, color schemes, layouts, and overall brand identity.
Research industry trends and competitor creatives to deliver fresh, innovative designs.
Optimize creatives according to the latest social media platform guidelines and dimensions.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Ensure all creatives are print-ready and digital-friendly.
Organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign (Preferred)
Figma (Preferred)
Canva Pro
Basic Adobe After Effects knowledge is an added advantage.
Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Experience in designing for social media and digital advertising.
Ability to think creatively and execute modern design concepts.
Basic understanding of branding and marketing psychology.
Ability to take feedback positively and implement revisions quickly.
Preferred Experience
1–4 years of experience in Graphic Designing.
Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency will be preferred.
Portfolio showcasing social media, branding, and advertising creatives.
Experience with Real Estate, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Corporate brands is an added advantage.
