RentenPe seeks a skilled Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience to create compelling visuals for our fintech platform, focusing on branding, marketing materials, and user engagement content. This role supports our startup's fast-paced environment in Mumbai, collaborating with HR, marketing, and product teams to deliver on-brand designs that drive user growth and retention.
Conceptualize and develop visuals like logos, social media graphics, banners, infographics, and website layouts using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including HR for internal comms and marketing for campaigns) to align designs with RentenPe's brand guidelines and project briefs.
Prepare rough drafts, incorporate feedback, test graphics across media (print, digital, social), and ensure final outputs are pixel-perfect and deadline-driven.
Proven 2+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in fintech, startups, or digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus for Figma, video editing, or motion graphics.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a collaborative startup setting like RentenPe.
Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
Familiarity with Mumbai's startup ecosystem or fintech visuals (e.g., app interfaces, investor decks).
Experience managing multiple projects under tight budgets and timelines.
