Educational Qualification :  Any graduate with proven skills in video editing and graphic design and a strong portfolio.

Work Experience:  Minimum 2 years experience

Annual CTC Range: Maximum Fixed Annual Salary of Rs  3.9  Lac per annum (LPA ) or Monthly Rs 33264 Fixed + Attractive Incentives of Rs5K based on performance  on indicators such as

·        % of tasks delivered on or before deadline

·        Quality score (simple 1–5 rating by manager/client)

·        Number of usable creatives/videos produced per month

Role: Video Editor cum Graphic Designer 

Employment type: Full Time-on Roll

Key Skills:

·        Any graduate with proven skills in video editing and graphic design and a strong portfolio.

·        Proven two years experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer (portfolio required).

·        Strong understanding of hooks, content flow, and audience psychology.

·        Ability to edit videos quickly without compromising quality.

·        Video Editing Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve (at least one at expert level).
- Motion & Effects : Adobe After Effects / basic motion graphics is a plus

·        Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; Figma or Canva is a plus.
- Strong understanding of:
  - Composition, color, typography
  - Visual hierarchy and branding
  - Social media trends & formats

·        Experience in creating and managing bulk design tasks efficiently.

·        Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.

·        Good communication and time-management skills.

·        Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  Graphic Design

a.       Develop visually appealing designs for digital platforms, including social media posts-website  banners/graphics,Emailers, brochures, posters, flyers, Branding collaterals (presentations, event creatives, etc.)

b.      Handle bulk designing, ensuring speed, accuracy, and consistency across multiple creatives.

c.       Create templates for recurring design needs while maintaining brand identity.

d.      Collaborate with the creative team to ideate and execute design concepts.

2.       Creative & Collaboration

a.      Contribute ideas for campaigns, content formats, and visual storytelling.

b.      Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate requirements into visuals.

c.       Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
