We are seeking a creative and proactive Graphic Designer & Reels/Video Editor to design engaging visuals and produce high-quality social media content. You will work on daily design tasks, shoot and edit reels, and contribute fresh ideas to strengthen our brand’s digital presence. If you’re passionate about design, trends, and content creation, this role is a great opportunity to grow and showcase your creativity.

Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design

 Design engaging graphics, banners, posters, and daily social media creatives.
 Work with branding guidelines to maintain consistency across all platforms.
 Help develop creative concepts and layouts for campaigns and brand communication.
 Use tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva for day-to-day design tasks. Reels & Video Editing
 Create, edit, and optimize Instagram Reels, short videos, and promotional clips.
 Shoot high-quality video content for brand storytelling and educational purposes.
 Edit videos using Premiere Pro or similar editing tools.
 Stay updated with trending Instagram formats, transitions, sounds, and styles.
 Generate AI-based images or videos to enhance content quality and creativity.

Required Skills:

 Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
 Strong understanding of Canva for quick and clean design outputs.
 Ability to conceptualize and shoot visually appealing reels.
 A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
 Basic understanding of social media design aesthetics and content flow.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Familiarity with Ed-Tech or online education content (a strong plus).
 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

 Enthusiasm for experimenting with new formats, tools, AI design, and video trends.
