Role Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who understands not just design—but business impact. The ideal candidate should be skilled in modern design tools + AI tools to create high-converting creatives for e-commerce, social media, and performance marketing.
This role is not about “designing posters”—it is about creating visuals that sell.
Key Responsibilities
Design creatives for:
Social media (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp campaigns)
E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Meesho)
Ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads banners)
Website banners & product pages
Create T-shirt graphics and print designs aligned with trends
Use AI tools to:
Generate concepts, mockups, and variations quickly
Improve productivity and creative output
Test multiple design angles for performance marketing
Work closely with marketing & sales team to:
Understand what sells
Create creatives based on data, not assumptions
Develop fast turnaround creatives (speed is critical)
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Required Skills
Design Tools:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Canva (advanced level)
AI Tools (Must Have):
Midjourney / DALL·E / Leonardo AI (for design generation)
ChatGPT (for creative ideas, copy support)
Any AI mockup or automation tools
