Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
1. Design marketing creatives for:
o Facebook & Instagram Ads
o Google Ads banners
o Social media posts
o Promotional banners and offers
o WhatsApp marketing creatives
2. Maintain brand consistency across all creatives
3. Create high-converting ad creatives for lead generation
Video Editing
1. Edit marketing videos, reels, and ad creatives
2. Create short-form videos for ads and social media
3. Add text, transitions, music, and branding elements
4. Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads)
UI/UX Design Support
1. Design website banners, landing pages, and UI elements
2. Improve website layout and user experience
3. Create wireframes and design mockups for website improvements
4. Support website design optimization for conversion
Marketing Reports & Creative Support
1. Prepare basic marketing reports and presentations
2. Organize and maintain creative assets
3. Assist marketing team with creative requirements
4. Resize and optimize creatives for different platforms
Required Skills
Must have strong skills in:
1. Adobe Photoshop
2. Adobe Illustrator
3. Canva
4. Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects (or equivalent)
5. Video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
Basic knowledge of:
1. UI/UX design principles
2. Layout design
3. Branding and visual hierarchy
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
1. Figma (for UI/UX design)
2. Website UI design experience
3. Experience creating ad creatives
4. Experience working with marketing teams
5. Basic understanding of digital marketing creatives
