Job Title: Graphic Designer for Print & Packaging Industry
CTC Offered: 25k - 35k per month
Experience Required: 2–3 years minimum in the print industry

Location: Naraina Industrial Area, Phase 1

Key Responsibilities

• Develop print-ready creative designs for packaging rigid boxes and monocartons, labels, marketing material, brochures, flyers, and product graphics.

• Work closely with the production/print team to ensure designs meet technical printing specifications.

• Create clean, accurate, and scalable vector artwork as per brand guidelines.

• Adapt and resize creatives for various formats as needed.

• Manage multiple design briefs and deliver within deadlines.

• Coordinate with internal teams for revisions, approvals, and final artwork delivery.
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of print processes, color theory, typography, bleed settings, die lines, and print file preparation.

• Ability to think creatively and develop modern, high-quality visuals.

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop.

• Basic knowledge of packaging or board game design is a plus (not mandatory).
