Job Description: Graphic & Web Designer Intern

Location: On-site / Hybrid (Pune, BIbweWadi)

Duration: 3 to 6 months

Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on portfolio/skills)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic/Web Designer Intern to join our team in Pune. You will assist in building engaging digital experiences, designing high-impact marketing creatives, and maintaining clean web/landing page layouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design:

o Must have ability and competency to design magazine layout

o Design social media creatives, ad banners, and promotional/marketing collateral.

o Create/maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

o Assist with basic vector illustrations, icons, and visual assets.

• Web Design & UI/UX:

o Assist in designing responsive web layouts, landing pages, and web UI components.

o Collaborate with developers and marketers to translate wireframes/concepts into web pages.

o Update, manage, or style basic front-end/CMS elements (e.g., WordPress or basic HTML/CSS/Figma components).

• Bonus / Optional:

o Basic motion graphics, short-form video edits (Reels/Shorts), or AI design tool integration.

Requirements & Skills

• Design Tools: Proficiency or strong familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Figma, Canva

• Web/Digital Basics: Understanding of responsive web design, mobile-first design, and basic web structure.

• Bonus Tools: Experience with Canva, WordPress, or basic video tools (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is a plus.

• Portfolio: A link to your portfolio/behance/dribbble showcasing visual and/or web design projects is mandatory.
