Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer who can design for websites, YouTube thumbnails, and social media platforms. The candidate should have a strong sense of design, creativity, and understanding of digital audience behavior.
Key Responsibilities
Design website creatives (banners, landing pages, UI elements)
Create high-quality YouTube thumbnails that improve click-through rate (CTR)
Design engaging social media posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook & YouTube
Maintain a modern, clean, and brand-consistent design style
Work closely with marketing/content teams for campaign creatives
Handle multiple projects and deliver work on time
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
Experience in Website Design, YouTube Thumbnails & Social Media Creatives
Understanding of thumbnail psychology (faces, emotions, contrast, text)
Knowledge of YouTube audience behavior & CTR optimization
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
