Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop communication posts, festival creatives, and job opening posts for social media and digital platforms.
Create brochures, flyers, and presentations (PPTs) for different business verticals and client proposals.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
Collaborate with marketing, HR, and business development teams to understand creative requirements.
Develop visually appealing layouts and concepts that align with company objectives.
Work on multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
Required Skills & Software Knowledge:
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Canva
Basic knowledge of other design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro, or Figma)
Strong sense of layout, typography, and color combinations.
Ability to adapt designs as per different platforms (social media, print, and presentations).
Qualification & Experience:
Education: Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, or related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
