Job Description: Graphic Designer (Experienced)

We’re looking for a seasoned Graphic Designer who can operate at execution speed and deliver high-impact creative output without needing hand-holding. The role demands strong command over all major design software and the ability to convert vague ideas into clean, market-ready visuals. If you can take a brief, challenge it, and upscale it into something commercially sharp, you’re our fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality creatives for branding, digital campaigns, print assets, and social media.

• Handle end-to-end design execution: concepting, layout, revisions, final delivery.

• Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to build visuals that actually convert, not just look “pretty.”

• Maintain brand consistency across all projects while pushing creative boundaries.

• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and zero excuses.

• Bring proactive ideas to improve design quality and campaign performance.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of professional design experience.

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and other relevant tools.

• Strong creative thinking with a commercial mindset.

• Ability to translate briefs into crisp, high-impact designs.

• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color balance.

• Reliable time management and accountability.

Preferred:

• Experience in branding, social media campaigns, and marketing collateral.

• Motion graphics skills are a strong value-add.
