About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Graphic Design Faculty to train students in industry-standard design tools and concepts. The ideal candidate should have strong creative abilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in graphic design software.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach and train students in Graphic Design, covering topics such as:

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe Audition

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• Adobe After Effects

• Adobe InDesign

• GEN AI

• Nuke

• Mocha

• Silhouette

• Explain concepts of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and branding.

• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical assignments.

• Conduct classroom sessions, practical labs, and portfolio reviews.

• Guide students in developing strong design portfolios for internships and jobs.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry practices.

• Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Maintain a positive learning environment and ensure student engagement.

• Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design / Fine Arts / Multimedia, or relevant certification.

• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and other design tools.

• Prior teaching/training experience preferred

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Experience:

• 1–3 years (Teaching or industry experience)
