About the Role
We are hiring a Graphic Designer on for a growing apparel brand. This is a hands-on creative role where you will be responsible for designing original graphics, prints, and visual assets for clothing and fashion products. If you live and breathe fashion, understand how design translates onto fabric, and can create visuals that make people stop scrolling we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Design print-ready graphics, patterns, and motifs for apparel products including t-shirts, hoodies, joggers, and activewear
- Create tech packs and flat sketches with accurate placement guides, colour references (Pantone), and print specifications (Optional)
- Develop seasonal collection themes with a cohesive visual story
- Design labels, tags, and packaging aligned with the brand's identity
- Produce social media creatives, lookbook layouts, and campaign visuals
- Prepare artwork files for screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, and DTG printing
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to maintain design consistency
- Research fashion trends, colour forecasts, and competitor aesthetics to inform design direction
- Maintain an organised library of design assets, brand files, and version history
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience with a clear focus on apparel or fashion
- A strong portfolio showcasing apparel design work — prints, patterns, product graphics, and brand campaigns
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign for lookbooks and brand collateral
- Understanding of print production processes — screen printing, DTG, embroidery, and sublimation(Optional)
- Experience with tech pack creation and basic knowledge of garment construction(Optional)
- Strong colour management skills — Pantone matching, CMYK and RGB workflows
- Ability to create original illustrations, graphic motifs, and repeat patterns
- Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Good to Have
- Prior experience at a fashion label, sportswear brand, or streetwear company
- Ability to hand-sketch or illustrate digitally
- Basic knowledge of Canva for quick turnaround social assets
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut or Premiere Pro
- Awareness of e-commerce product photography and styling
