We are looking for a Flex Machine Printing Operator to join our team at Media Process Print Private Limited to create visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms. The role involves working on branding, social media creatives, websites and brand identity materials. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and an opportunity to work on creative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Solvent, Eco-Solvent, and Wide Format Digital Printing Machines.
Set up print jobs according to customer requirements.
Monitor print quality, color accuracy, and production output.
Load and handle printing media such as Flex, Vinyl, One-Way Vision, Star Flex, etc.
Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance.
Troubleshoot basic machine issues and minimize downtime.
Ensure timely completion of printing orders.
Coordinate with the design and production team.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Manage ink levels and printing materials inventory.
Required Skills
Experience in operating Solvent/Eco-Solvent printing machines.
Knowledge of RIP software (PhotoPRINT, Maintop, FlexiPRINT, etc.).
Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
Understanding of color profiles and print quality control.
Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
Qualifications
10th / 12th Pass or equivalent.
1–5 years of experience in the printing industry preferred.
Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
