We are looking for a talented and creative Graphics Designer / DTP Operator who can join our team and work on a wide variety of digital and print design projects.

Job Overview

The candidate will be responsible for creating professional, attractive and print-ready designs for both our company and clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on different types of creative projects such as social media posts, advertisements, posters, banners, brochures, flyers, business stationery and large-format printing materials.

The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW, along with a good understanding of DTP and print production.

Job Responsibilities

• Create creative and professional designs for digital and print media.

• Design social media posts, advertisements, promotional creatives, posters and banners.

• Prepare artwork for digital printing, offset printing and large-format printing.

• Design brochures, flyers, leaflets, visiting cards, letterheads, certificates and other marketing materials.

• Perform DTP work, typesetting, page layout and formatting.

• Edit, retouch and enhance images according to project requirements.

• Convert designs into different sizes and formats as required.

• Prepare high-resolution and print-ready PDF files.

• Check dimensions, resolution, colors, bleed, margins and other printing requirements before final delivery.

• Make corrections and revisions based on client or management feedback.

• Maintain proper organization of editable/source files.

• Coordinate with the marketing and web development teams when required.

• Handle multiple design assignments while meeting deadlines.

• Maintain consistency with company/client branding and design guidelines.

• Ensure all final designs are accurate, visually appealing and error-free.

Qualification

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Diploma or certification in Graphic Design, DTP, Multimedia or a related field will be an advantage.

• Relevant practical experience in graphic design/DTP will be preferred.

• Candidates with a strong portfolio may be considered based on their skills even if their formal qualification is different.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in:

• Graphic Designing

• DTP

• Advertising Agency

• Printing Press

• Digital Marketing Agency

• Creative Agency

• Signage / Large Format Printing

Freshers with excellent practical skills and a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Salary will be based on experience, software skills, creativity, portfolio and overall capability.
