A Civil Engineer in Sales & Marketing is responsible for promoting and selling building material Products such as construction chemicals, cement products, waterproofing solutions, and related materials. The role combines technical knowledge with sales skills to provide solutions to clients including contractors, builders, consultants, and government projects.

♦ Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell building materials like: [Construction chemicals, Waterproofing products, Admixtures, Repair and rehabilitation products]

• Identify new business opportunities in construction projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure)

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and consultants

• Provide technical guidance and product demonstrations to clients

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
