Roles & Responsibility
Design & Engineering: Prepare electrical design calculations for core, winding, insulation, and tank design, including detailed electrical schematics and layouts.
Technical Proposals: Analyze customer specifications and tender inquiries to create General Technical Proposals (GTPs) and estimate material costs.
Design Validation: Conduct simulations and analyze performance data regarding short circuits, thermal behavior, and dielectric strength.
Production Support: Create Bill of Materials (BOM) and provide technical support to the manufacturing, assembly, and testing teams.
Compliance & Optimization: Ensure designs adhere to IEC, IEEE, and ANSI standards, while focusing on continuous improvement for performance and cost.
Customer Interaction: Collaborate with internal sales teams or directly with customers to finalize designs and obtain approvals.
