Android Developer Intern

We are looking for a passionate Android Developer who is interested in building meaningful and spiritually aligned mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in Android development and be willing to learn and grow while contributing to devotional and spiritual mobile products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android applications for Prabhubhakti

• Work on UI/UX implementation as per design guidelines

• Integrate APIs and backend services

• Fix bugs and improve application performance

• Collaborate with designers, content, and backend teams

• Ensure app quality, performance, and responsiveness

• Participate in testing and deployment of applications

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Android development

• Experience with Java / Kotlin (or willingness to learn)

• Understanding of Android SDK, Activities, Fragments, and APIs

• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON

• Basic knowledge of Git or version control

• Interest in spiritual, devotional, or faith-based content

• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Firebase

• Knowledge of MVVM architecture

• Understanding of Play Store app publishing

• UI/UX sense for mobile applications
