AI Visual Designer

About the Role (Overview)

We are looking for an AI Visual Designer to support and strengthen the in-house creative workflow. This role will help scale the production of product visuals, banners, and exploratory creative assets.

The ideal candidate will combine AI-driven image/video generation, visual design skills, Photoshop finishing, and Premiere Pro editing to transform creative briefs into high-quality visual outputs quickly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities (How You Will Add Value)

• Develop and refine prompts for AI-based image, video, and text generation.

• Support the creative team with AI-driven visual explorations, concepts, and prototypes.

• Build and maintain prompt libraries aligned with brand aesthetics and visual identity.

• Use Adobe Photoshop for retouching, clean-ups, compositing, and final image polish.

• Use Adobe Premiere Pro to refine AI-generated clips and assemble short edits or visual assets.

• Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and product teams to deliver creative outputs.

• Continuously experiment with emerging AI tools and creative technologies and integrate useful innovations into production workflows.

Experience & Qualifications (What You Bring to the Team)

• 1–2 years of experience in AI design, visual design, photography, motion design, or a related creative field, or a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills.

• Strong familiarity with generative AI tools (image, video, and LLM-based tools).

• Solid understanding of visual composition, lighting, colour theory, and storytelling.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for retouching and compositing.

• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro for basic to intermediate video editing.

• A fast learner, curious mindset, and ability to iterate quickly.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and product teams.
